Yünsa Extraordinary General Assembly Was Held

Yunsa’s Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting was held. Yunsa’s new Board of Directors was also determined with the decision taken at the General Assembly.

Accordingly, Metin Özdemir was elected as chairman of the Board of Directors, Mustafa Sürmegöz was elected as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors, and the members of the Board of directors were composed of the following names:

Tahir Demirkıran (Member of the Board)

Temel Tayyar Yeşil (Member of the Board)

Ahmet Cevat Acar (Independent Board Member)

Ahmet Yarız (Independent Board Member)

The newly elected Board of Directors will serve for 3 years.
